Summer
“Cafe camp” July 6-10
Cafe camp is one of the best camps of the Summer because every kid, regardless of age, loves to make pretend food! So for 5 days we do exactly that: transforming the studio into our dream cafe and coming up with a menu together. We prepare all kinds of pretend food in different media to ¨serve¨to the parents on Friday. Between the kids and their families, I'm not sure who enjoys this camp the most!
“At the Beach” July 13-17
All manner of sea, sun and sand is our inspiration for this week. We´ll be exploring lots of different types of creative media to make ocean crafts, paint with salt, sculpt beach goers in clay, and make our own mini beach hut food stands, to name a few.
“Road trip” July 20-24
Road trip is based on the Canadian dream of packing up your VW, turning up your playlist and hitting the road! Our activities this week will be inspired by travel, nature and creatures of the wild, as well as making a few things well need for our own road survival kit.
“Spellbound” August 3-7
A witchy week of wonder abounding with all things magic. We´ll be making potions, invisible ink, painting with the sun and making lanterns to light the Summer nights.
“Under the sea” August 10-14
This week we´ll explore crafts inspired by the big blue and fantastic creatures of the sea. We´ll make a sensory ocean jar, a sea themed diorama, and much more!
“Piñata party” August 17-21
This spicy camp borrows a latin vibe with colourful art creations inspired by traditions and artists in Mexico and Spain, culminating in a piñata to smash at the end of the week!
“Night shop” August 24-28
This week well transform our humble studio into a night shop, complete with handmade products you’d typically find there. We´ll do a little exploration into pop art and packaging, some mono printing and even make our own drawing based photo booth!

How camp works:
Most camp weeks run Monday through Friday from 9-3:30 each day unless otherwise listed. It is possible to attend for single days as well. We do not have a garderie, but if you need to drop off or pick up a bit later (by 30min or so) its not a problem, just let us know.
Weather permitting, we usually spend a fair amount of time outside at any of the nearby parks, or make a short hike up to the Boitsfort forest, where we usually eat lunch.
What to Bring:
-clothles you don´t mind getting dirty (although aprons are availiable )
-a picnic lunch and snack (note, we have water on site)
-shoes made for play outdoors
What happens at camp?
Our lively and creative holiday camps give kids aged 6-13yrs an opportunity to experiment with all kinds of mixed media. Traditional stuff like painting, drawing and sculpting and wild stuff like sun prints and seed bombs. The holidays also allow us more time to dive into longer projects like papier-maché, weaving and dioramas. One of the aspects that makes our studio unique is our focus: our camp groups have a maximum of 18 children, so we are able to spend more one on one time with kids to inspire creativity.
We use high quality art materials for satisfying results and to encourage students to explore a wide range of techniques.
With the atelier ideally situated near the park and forest, we have have many opportunities to incorporate natural materials. We will be creating art both inside and outside the studio, allowing for a happy mix of creativity and sunshine.
Drop off: usually between 9-10, unless earlier is requested.
